This weapon can be obtained after defeating Starscourge Radahn near the middle portion of the game.

  1. Defeat Starscourge Radahn.

This is probably one of the hardest boss fights in Elden Ring thus far, but you can make things easier by staying agile and mobile using Torrent, and always try to roll towards the back of the boss to stay away from his attacks. Refer to our guide for more details.

  2. Return to Redmane Castle.

Speak to Witch-Hunter Jerren in the church at the top of the area. Exhaust his dialogue. Reload the area by fast traveling away and back.Elden Ring Witch-Hunter Jerren

  3. Prepare for a dual boss fight.

The plaza will now be blocked by the familiar yellow and misty boss gate. Enter and face the Misbegotten Warrior and Crucible Knight.

  4. Defeat the Misbegotten Warrior and Crucible Knight.

It is best to eliminate the Misbegotten Warrior as soon as possible, as it will take some time before the Crucible Knight spawns. For an easy way out, utilize the Barricade Shield ability to stagger the Misbegotten Warrior’s attacks, and destroy it using Guard Counters.

Once that is taken care of, turn your attention to the Crucible Knight. Parries work very well against this opponent, while biding your time is also a good strategy to avoid overextending. Elden Ring Misbegotten Warrior Crucible Knight

  5. Claim your reward.

Once you have bested the duo, claim your reward of the Ruins Greatsword.
