Welcome to the third week of Resistance quests. To begin you must have finished all of the season 2 Resistance quests. We have guides for all three of them, so we can easily get you up and going. This time we are handling the new quests. Here’s how to destroy road barriers with cow catchers or the battle bus in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2.
To actually begin the main quest, you must do the smaller objective of “Establish Device Uplink near Condo Canyon, Daily Bugle, or Tilted Towers.”

How To Use Cow Catchers or the Battle Bus To Destroy Road Barriers
We landed at the location northwest of the Daily Bugle, you will find the audio log here:
How To Use Cow Catchers or the Battle Bus To Destroy Road Barriers
- Upon touching this hologram audio log, you will be given your main objective of “Destroy road barriers using the Cow Catcher or Battle Bus.”
- You will need to destroy five road barriers.
- There aren’t any locations given for this, so where you work on the objective is mostly up to you.
Though, the best method is getting into a battle bus. You can find a guaranteed spawn Battle Bus right here in Sanctuary
- The best part about this bus is that the road it is pointed down has the perfect number of road barriers you need to destroy.
Make sure you get to the Battle Bus first and you can finish the quest very quickly.
- For reference, these are the road barriers you need to hit.
There are larger metal ones elsewhere in the game, but they aren’t part of this quest.
- Once you have destroyed all five, the quest will be complete and you can move on to the next Resistance quest.
