Defeating the invader will yield the Rivers of Blood Katana alongside the Okina Mask.
Rivers of Blood Katana
The Rivers of Blood Katana does have some stat requirements for effective use. You will need 12 Strength, 19 Dexterity, and 20 Arcane to use it well.
