Getting the Law of Regression Incantation in Elden Ring
- Progress through the game until you reach Leyndell in the Altus Plateau.
- Fight your way through the level until you reach Godfrey, the First Elden Lord.
- Upon beating him, you’ll gain access to the Erdtree Sanctuary Site of Grace. Head east from here, and jump on the large tree root to access the second floor.
- On the second floor, head out through the window to the rooftops.
- To your left, you’ll see another open window leading back into the building.
- Make your way to the other side of the balcony and jump onto the root.
- Pick up the Golden Order Principia prayerbook.
- Give the prayerbook to either Miriel at the Church of Vows, or Corhyn, who should already be outside the colosseum in Leyndell if you’ve been following his questline.
- Purchase the Law of Regression incantation for 10,000 Runes.
How to Use Law of Regression
Law of Regression is an incantation that allows you to dispel special effects and heal ailments, and while that can be useful, it’s also required for solving a puzzle in Goldmask and Brother Corhyn’s questline.
From the Erdtree Sanctuary Site of Grace, head west and take the elevator down, and descend the steps. You’ll find a statue with a developer message in front of it stating that regression will reveal all secrets.
While standing on the message, use the Law of Regression incantation to reveal yet another message on the ground. Examine it, then report back to Goldmask outside the colosseum to progress that questline.
