The Storage Shed can be obtained in one of two ways, as listed below:

  • By purchasing it from the Nook Stop Terminal
  • By purchasing the DIY Recipe from Nook’s Cranny, then crafting it yourself

The regular Storage Shed can only be purchased via the Terminal in the Resident Services building, and it’ll cost you 6,000 Nook Miles.

If you don’t have enough Miles, however, you can purchase the DIY Recipe for the Wooden variant at Nook’s Cranny for Bells instead. The required materials for crafting it are as follows:

  • 30 Wood
  • 30 Hardwood
  • 30 Softwood
  • 10 Iron Nugget

Both Storage Sheds serve the same purpose: they can be placed anywhere on the island, and you can interact with them to access your entire home storage without having to run all the way back to your house.
