All you need to do is link your account in Pokemon Unite to a Nintendo Account or a Pokemon Trainer Club account.

To do that, first, you’ll need to open up the Settings menu. To get there on Switch, press the ZL button from the main screen where you view your trainer standing next to your favorite Pokemon. You can just tap the player icon in the upper left of the screen on the mobile version. Then scroll down to Settings and select it by pressing A (Switch) or tapping on it (mobile).

Then within the Settings menu, go down to Account Settings. On the Switch version of Pokemon Unite, you’ll have the option to link a Nintendo Account or a Pokemon Trainer Club account. On this same menu in the mobile version, there will be options for linking to Google or Facebook. If you don’t own a Switch and never plan on getting one, then linking to Google or Facebook should be fine.

But if you want to move back and forth between your mobile device and a Switch, then linking to a Nintendo Account or Pokemon Trainer Club account are your only options.
