Everyone’s got to have a celebration when they score. Whether you want to run around the pitch, winding your arms by your sides like a lunatic, or you want to channel your inner Bafetimbi Gomis and go full predator, showing how much the goal means is all part of football. However, some have been used for more than an expression of excitement in recent years. In this guide, we’ll talk you whether you can do the Dab celebration in FIFA 22, which was initially made famous by Paul Pogba and other celebrities.
Doing the Dab Celebration in FIFA 22
You cannot do the dab celebration in FIFA 22.
In an effort to reduce toxicity in FIFA 21, after it became quite an issue in the more competitive modes of FIFA 20, EA Sports has removed the dab celebration for FIFA 21.
It is one of a few celebrations that was only used to annoy players in the previous year’s game, so it has been taken out, alongside the shush and calm down celebrations.
The animation was nothing less than rage-inducing when you’d just conceded a poor goal… but it was oh so satisfying when you do it to an opponent yourself. It was certainly a guilty pleasure!
That’s the case for all modes in FIFA 21. Whether you’re playing in Ultimate Team, Pro Clubs, or any other, you won’t be able to dab in the game.
The best thing to just do is a signature celebration, which is done by pressing A/ X after you’ve scored a goal. Your signature celebration can be changed at any time from within the Pro Clubs menus.
