Pokemon Unite is the latest free-to-play sensation on the Nintendo Switch. It’s a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) strategic game that pits players five against five using Pokemon as fighters. There are many aspects that go into the game and strategies to help you score the most points to win matches. One of the things to help turn the tide in matches is to effectively use Battle Items. Here are all of the Battle Items in Pokemon Unite and how to get them.
All Battle Items in Pokemon Unite and How to Get Them
Only one Battle Item can be assigned at a time, and they’re unlocked as your trainer level increases. You can choose your Battle Item by pressing X on the Pokemon Unite main menu, navigating to Battle Prep, and then Battle Items.
Here are all of the Battle Items that are currently in the game, what they do, and what trainer level they unlock:
|Pokemon Unite Battle Items|
|Battle Item||Effect||Trainer Level|
|Potion||Raises your Pokemon’s Attack and Sp. Atk for a short time. 40-second cooldown.||3|
|X Attack||Raises your Pokemon’s Attack and Sp. Atk for a short time. 40-second cooldown.||7|
|X Speed||For a short time, increases your Pokemon’s movement speed and prevents its movement speed from being decreased. 50-second cooldown.||8|
|Fluffy Tail||Leaves wild Pokemon unable to act for a short time and also increases damage dealt to those Pokemon. 25-second cooldown.||10|
|Eject Button||Quickly moves your Pokemon in the designated direction. 55-second cooldown.||11|
|Slow Smoke||Creates a cloud of smoke that greatly decreases the movement speed of opposing Pokemon for a short time. 40-second cooldown.||13|
|Full Heal||Removes all status conditions from your Pokemon and makes it immune to hindrances for a short time. 40-second cooldown.||14|
|Goal-Getter||Doubles goal-scoring speed for a short time. 120-second cooldown.||17|
To use your designated Battle Item during a match, press Y. You must wait for the cooldown period to finish before you can use it again. Therefore, you should think strategically about when to use your Battle Item.
