Where to Find All Skulls in NEO: The World Ends With You
The very first task given to you in the NEO: TWEWY Reapers’ Game has you searching for different colored skulls in the Scramble Crossing area of the Shibuya Underground. You’re given an image that goes along with the puzzle, and that’s all you’ll need to solve it.
The skulls are found on the edges of the crosswalks in the Scramble Crossing. The closest skull is purple, and it can be found by scanning, then reading the mind of the man with the red thought bubble near you. His skull is actually a tattoo on his arm.
The yellow skull can be found on a streetlight if you walk forward from where the arm tattoo guy is standing. It’s a bit hard to see but it’s also at the edge of a crosswalk. You can see its exact location in the image below.
The image below also shows you the location of the blue skull. It’s on the large screen in the top-right corner of the picture. Walk across the crosswalk to the right and it’ll come into view.
The last skull is on a manhole cover just south of the blue skull on the screen. Walk up to it and interact with it to have Rindo remember the skull’s color and location.
After you’ve checked all four skulls in Scramble Crossing, return to the Reaper in the red hoodie next to the Hachiko dog statue to complete the mission. You won’t have to remember the colors yourself since Rindo updates his Mental Notes as you complete missions.
