First of all, you’ll need to be AR Rank 10 or above to participate in this one. Since this is a web event, you’ll need to access it through a web browser of some sort, whether it be on your phone, PC, or console. PC and mobile users simply need to log in with their MiHoYo accounts. PlayStation users can access the event through a QR code by selecting the Special Event tab in the in-game menu, or by entering their UID number on the event website.

If you use the UID method, you’ll be sent a verification code that is valid for 10 minutes. The code will go to your in-game mail, so be sure to have the game open and running when you attempt to log in on the website.

Genshin Impact Mysterious Voyage Nautical Map

After logging in, press Set Sail to begin. Mysterious Voyage is a choose your own adventure game that allows you to decide where the Traveller and Paimon sail to. As you sail, you’ll unlock new areas by spending energy that can be refilled by completing small tasks like logging in daily. It costs 10 energy to sail to new areas on the Nautical Map found at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Depending on where you sail to and what you choose to do, there will be mini-games, new dialogue, and rewards waiting for you after each decision. And if you’ve ever played rhythm games, the circle-tapping mini-games are no problem. Just remember to wait until the circles glow before clicking on them.

There are also Information Fragments and other collectibles that you can find as you sail. To view them, click the Nautical Manual found at the top of the screen.

You get more rewards for unlocking and exploring a large number of areas on the Nautical Map. These rewards can range from Mora and Primogems to level-up materials like Hero’s Wit and Enhancement Ore. These prizes are sent directly to your in-game mail, so just load up the game to grab everything that you earn during the Mysterious Voyage event.

There’s also no need to worry about missing out on areas or anything like that because you can warp to past decisions/destinations using the Nautical Map to try different routes as long as you have Energy left to set sail.
