Can You Store Items in Resident Evil Village? Answered

The cut to the chase, no, you cannot store items in Resident Evil Village. There is no storage box you can access while in safe rooms, and you won’t be able to access a stockpile of items at any point in the game.

This means that if you don’t have the space to carry an item, you’ll need to either free up some space by dropping or selling other items or pass on adding the new item to your inventory.

Fortunately, this shouldn’t be an issue you run into often. As you progress through the game, you’ll be able to upgrade the size of your inventory via Luggage bags the Duke sells at his shop. So long as you buy these as soon as they become available, you shouldn’t have any trouble carrying every item you find.

Can You Get Weapons You Drop Back?

It’s also worth noting that there is a way to get your weapons back if you get rid of them in Resident Evil Village.

If you sell your weapons to the Duke to free up space, then you can reclaim them at any time by buying them back. Though this will cost you a fair bit of Lei, they’ll still have all the upgrades you applied to them. This means you can get right back to using them at their full strength, and may even be able to upgrade them further if the Duke has new modifications available.

That’s everything there is to know about whether or not you can store items in Resident Evil Village. For more on the game, check out our guide wiki. It’ll help you find guides that can offer insight on a variety of topics.
