Congratulations! After carefully and painstakingly trekking all the way to the Aerie with a fragile package, you’re within sight completing the first Fragile Delivery side quest. The only problem is, you don’t know how to reach the Chief’s house in Nier Replicant, let alone without having your precious cargo obliterated.
Luckily for you, we’ve figured out exactly how to get to the intended delivery point without any complications. Here’s what you need to know.
How to Reach Chief’s House in Nier Replicant
To reach the Aerie Chief’s house in Nier Replicant, you’ll need to take a specific path and carefully deal with every enemy that spawns.
To this end, make sure you have Dark Blast hot-keyed to at least one of your ability slots. It’ll be invaluable in dealing with enemies from a distance repeatedly and reliably.
Once it’s equipped, head across the first bridge to the first platform. After a brief cutscene plays, some enemy shades will spawn in. Stick to the far ride side of the platform and pepper the enemies with Weiss’ homing magic attacks, aka the charged form of the Dark Blast spell. These should knock back said enemies whenever a blast makes contact, and they’ll go down after a few hits.
Strafe around as necessary to keep the shades from getting too close to you. Once they’re all dead, head across the next bridge and go up the ladder to your right. Once you’re at the top, slowly make your way to the left until some shades spawn in.
Once they appear, go back to the ladder while firing off homing attacks as much as possible. Once you’re at the ladder, focus on using the homing attacks until all of the shades are defeated. Once they’re gone, press forward until you come to a bridge. Once you reach it, some shades that can fire magic attacks will spawn in.
Move to the left and right to avoid these ranged attacks, and continue to fire off homing attacks to kill the shades. There’ll also be some crates you can use as cover, so use them accordingly to avoid taking damage and ruining the package.
Once you reach the end of the bridge, turn right and go up the ladder. You’ll then be at the chief’s house and can drop the package off safe and sound.
