It Takes Two by Hazelight Studio, the developers behind the popular co-op game A Way Out, is almost here. Players looking forward to more engaging co-op content should have this one on their radar, as this game is also built entirely around playing with a friend. If you’re here, you’re probably wondering if It Takes Two will be PS4 Pro and/or Xbox One X enhanced.

It Takes Two & PS4 Pro
Good news if you’re a PS4 Pro owner: It Takes Two will indeed feature PS4 Pro enhancements. This means you can expect the game to have better visuals, potentially better frame rates, and just increased performance overall for things such as load speed.
And, of course, if you’re playing on PS5, then you’ll be all set on that front as well.
Is It Takes Two Xbox One X Enhanced?
At the moment, we can’t actually confirm if It Takes Two is indeed Xbox One X enhanced. Our search didn’t come up with anything regarding a firm confirmation that the game will feature enhancements if you’re playing on Xbox One X.
It would be odd if it was enhanced with the PS4 Pro and not Xbox One X, especially considering there is an Xbox Series X|S version, but for now we have to leave this one as a mystery.
If it does, like its PS4 and current-gen brethren, you can expect better visuals as well as potentially better frame rates and load times.
Regardless of what you decide to play it on on, you’ll be able to invite a friend to play with you even if they don’t have a copy of the game. Likewise, as long as you stay within consoles families (IE: PS4 and PS5), it will feature cross-play as well.
