How to Get and Use the Skippy Pistol

The Skippy Pistol is an Iconic weapon that you can collect in Cyberpunk 2077, and it’s also one of the most unique weapons you’ll find in the game. You can get it in Heywood, Vista Del Rey, at the location that we’ve indicated in the map screenshot down below.

Head to the alleyway at that location, and you should be able to loot a corpse to find the Skippy Pistol. At this point, Skippy will start talking to you and you can choose between two firing modes: Stone Cold Killer or Puppy Pacifist.

Stone Cold Killer will ensure that all shots are headshots, while Puppy Pacifist only lets you shoot enemies in the leg. Here’s the catch: whichever mode you pick, you’ll be automatically and permanently switcher over to the other mode after 50 kills. So for instance, if you picked Stone Cold Killer, you’ll be locked into Puppy Pacifist after 50 kills.

Stone Cold Killer is definitely the most powerful firing mode of the two, so you’ll want to choose Puppy Pacifist first so that you can reap the rewards later.

Eventually, after you’ve used the Skippy Pistol enough, Regina Jones will give you a call and you’ll finally have the chance to return the gun to its rightful owner. You’ll be rewarded with 7,000 Eurodollars for your effort, but you’ll lose the gun forever.

Because of that, it’d probably be in your best interest to keep the gun for yourself instead.

That’s all you need to know about how to get and use the Skippy Pistol in Cyberpunk 2077. Be sure to check our guide wiki for more tips and information on the game.
