Healing your health in Cyberpunk 2077 is fairly easy to do so long as you have the necessary resources.
Throughout the game, you’ll find a number of consumables that can restore your health. While you have any of these items in your inventory, you can top off your hit points by pressing up on the D-Pad.
This will trigger a short animation, and after it’s done you’ll have used the consumable in exchange for restoring some of your lost health.

That’s all there is to it really. You can heal at anytime so long as you have consumables to use, and it isn’t hard to find more throughout Cyberpunk 2077’s world either.
From searching containers to buying items from merchants, there are no shortage of methods to replenish your stock of healing items should you run out. Just keep an eye out for searchables and NPCs hawking wares as you make your way through areas and you’ll have nothing to worry about.
Likewise, once you add these consumables to your inventory, they’ll automatically be selected by pressing up on the D-Pad. As such, you won’t have to worry about fumbling through menus to get yourself squared away for your next combat encounter.
In addition to that, you can also craft more inhalers by heading to your crafting menu, then using common and uncommon crafting components to make more.
