In fact, Pine Trees, the tree that you’ll be plucking Pinecones from, can be found all over the northern region of Teyvat, so you can technically find them anywhere in the Mondstadt region.
Once you’ve located a Pine Tree, harvesting a cone is as simple as pressing Square (or equivalent button). Finding nine more should just be a case of wandering around the area for a minute or so.
