Getting Candy in Animal Crossing New Horizons

First off, it’s important to note that candy will only be available during the month of October. Once this period is over, you’ll have to wait till next year to buy and collect them again, or just time travel back to October. Once you have the update installed, you’ll be able to start buying candy at Nook’s Cranny.

At the shop, you can buy one piece of candy for 120 Bells each. However, the catch is that you can only buy one piece per day. This means that if you buy it every day in the month of October, you should get 31 pieces.

There is a way to get more, though. If you visit other people’s islands, you’ll be able to get an extra piece of candy from their shop. This means that you can visit multiple islands per day to get more of it, and get more than the 31 piece limit for October. In addition to that, you can also get an extra piece of candy from villagers crafting in their houses if you’ve already collected all of the Halloween DIY Recipes.

Candy is a required material for most of the Halloween-themed DIY Recipes you’ll get, but you can also gift them to villagers on Oct. 31 during the Halloween event to get the two new reactions.

That’s all you need to know about how to get and use candy in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Be sure to check our guide wiki for more tips and information on the game.
