Getting Body Paint and Eye Colors in Animal Crossing New Horizons

Just getting a good spooky costume for Halloween isn’t enough; you need to go all the way and give your character different colored eyes and proper body paint to really look spooky.

Once you have the update installed, you’ll need to wait till Oct. 1 before you can access those options. Head over to the Resident Services building and interact with the Nook Stop Terminal, then choose the Nook Miles option.

From here, you’ll see two separate DIY passes for body paint and eye colors, which will cost you a couple thousand of Nook Miles each. Purchase those and your character will automatically download them, allowing you to change your skin and eye color when you examine a vanity.

Next, all you have to do is interact with a vanity or full-length mirror, then choose the option to change your look and you’ll see the new color options you’ve unlocked.
