When you reach chapter 9 of Final Fantasy 7 Remake, you’ll need to find a way to get into Don Corneo’s mansion as a potential bridal candidate. The choices you make in this chapter will affect what kinds of side quests you get, as well as the kind of dress that Cloud will end up wearing later on.

When you meet Madam M, she’ll give you a choice between three different hand massage courses. They are as follows:

  • Luxury Course
  • Standard Course
  • Poor Man’s Course

The Luxury Course will set you back 3,000 Gil, but is the best option to choose if you want Cloud to wear the best-looking white dress. In addition to that, choosing this Madam M course will increase the chances of you getting her side quests in this chapter, which count towards your progress of getting the white dress.

Choosing the Poor Man’s Course will likely unlock Chocobo Sam’s quests for you instead, where you’ll have Cloud end up wearing the black and blue dress. Ultimately, it doesn’t really matter which course you choose as you’ll still end up in Corneo’s mansion. However, if you really want Cloud to look the best he can, you’ll probably want to go for the Luxury Course.

Aside from that, the type of massage you get is also different. The Luxury Course provides Cloud with a relaxing massage complete with hand cream, the Standard one is quick and without any fuss, while the Poor Man’s Course will have Cloud screaming in pain.
