Going Out With the Velvet Twins in Persona 5 Royal

While Caroline and Justine already had their own Confidant rank in the original game, Persona 5 Royal takes things a step further by allowing you to actively spend time with the Velvet Twins whenever you’re out exploring Tokyo. While this doesn’t actually contribute to your Confidant rank, it’s still a nice way of getting to know these characters and getting a few useful items as rewards in the process.

To go out with them, you’ll first need to progress through the story until you’ve cleared the second story dungeon, Madarame’s museum. After doing so, keep playing until you get to Madarame’s confession in the game.

After that event, on 6/6, you’ll receive a call from the Velvet Twins asking you to meet them outside the Velvet Room. You can then talk to them and offer to spend time with them. These outings will only be available till the end of the year, and you can unlock more of them by discovering more places to hang out in Tokyo.

Whenever the Velvet Twins are available to go out, you’ll see them standing outside the Velvet Room.

To recap, here’s how to go out with the Velvet Twins in Persona 5 Royal:

  1. Play through the game until you clear Madarame’s museum.

  2. After Madarame’s confession, the Velvet Twins will invite you to hang out.

  3. To unlock more outings with them, you need to discover more places to visit in Tokyo.

  4. Whenever they’re available to hang out, they’ll be standing outside the Velvet Room.

That’s all you need to know about how to go out with the Velvet Twins in Persona 5 Royal. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
