Ori and the Will of the Wisps on Switch – What You Need to Know

Unfortunately, at this moment in time, there’s not been an official announcement regarding Ori and the Will of the Wisps getting a Switch port.

That doesn’t mean that it’ll never happen, though. In fact, all you need to do is look at another of Microsoft Game Studios’ smaller developers, StudioMDHR, the team behind Cuphead.

The critically-acclaimed 2017 run-and-gun title made its way over to the Nintendo Switch two years later in 2019.

Lending even more supporting evidence to the fact that Ori and the Will of the Wisps will come to Nintendo Switch is the release of Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition on the system last year.

Don’t expect an Ori and the Will of the Wisps Switch port anytime soon, though. Moon Studios will no doubt be releasing patches to improve the game’s performance on Xbox One and PC.

Once the game is running perfectly on current platforms, then the team may consider bringing Ori and the Will of the Wisps to Nintendo Switch. For now, though, you’ll just have to cross your fingers and hope for the best.

That’s everything you need to know on whether or not Ori and the Will of the Wisps is coming to Nintendo Switch. For more, be sure to search for Twinfinite or check out more of our coverage below.
