How to Get the Chompers Dental Key in BioShock
Finding Telekinesis
First things first, you’ll actually need to find the Telekinesis plasmid. Telekinesis is one of the most useful plasmids in BioShock, and you’ll need it in order to obtain the Chompers Dental key.
The plasmid can be found in Dandy Dental, within the Dental Services area of the Medical Pavilion. To get to it, first enter Dandy Dental’s main doors as shown below:
Telekinesis is located at the Gatherer’s Garden in Dandy Dental. You’ll know you’re in the right place if you see a green floor, used to mimic the look of a tennis court.
The Gatherer’s Garden is tucked away in a corner next to a small podium with a switch on it. Pressing the switch will cause a tennis ball to be launched in your direction by a machine on the other end of the mini tennis court. The plasmid is directly to the right of the location in the photo below.
Obtaining the Key
Now that you have Telekinesis, you can see through this little BioShock trick and grab the Chompers Dental key. Chompers Dental can also be found in the Dental Services area of the Medical Pavilion, not too far from Dandy Dental.
The key can actually be seen from the front of Chompers Dental. If you look through the broken glass to the left of the door, you can see it. Look past the dead body hanging from the window, and use Telekinesis to grab the key in plain sight.
Once you enter, be sure to avoid the gaze of the security camera inside. After all of that, you’ll be rewarded with an EVE hypo, two first-aid kits, the contents of a safe, and some ammo.

So, to recap, here’s the quick rundown:
- Go to Dandy Dental in the Dental Services area of the Medical Pavilion to get the Telekinesis plasmid
- Walk over to Chompers Dental in the same area of the Medical Pavilion
- Use Telekinesis to grab the key by looking through the broken window to the left of the door
