How to Upgrade Structures

To upgrade these all you have to do is walk to either a structure you made yourself or one that someone else made and hold down the options button.

This will open up the menu and is where it will tell you the required resources needed to upgrade the structure. In most cases, it’s either Chiral Crystals, Metal, Resin, or a combination of the three.

Each structure can be upgraded to level three. You can also spend materials to repair structures that have been damaged by the Timefall rain.

What Upgrading Does

Every structure will do something slightly different when upgraded. For instance, a generator will increase its effective range and charge rate at level 2, while a postbox will allow you to store more stuff inside of them.

Upgrading these will also allow you to place holograms next to them so they are easier to see for other players who might need to use them.

You’ll also be able to add music to your structures in case people want to rest up there and soak in the view.
