Destiny 2 Shadowkeep: How to Get Small Rice Cakes & What They Do

Destiny 2 Shadowkeep has arrived, bringing a bunch of new story content, exotic quests and more. Small Rice Cakes are a new consumable added as part of the expansion and are required if you want to interact with Jade Rabbits that are scattered throughout the various planets. This Destiny 2 Small Rice Cakes guide will talk you through where you can find them, so you can interact with those Jade Rabbits and reap your rewards.

Getting Small Rice Cakes in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep

Small Rice Cakes are a legendary consumable item in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep and can be obtained by simply farming chests and public events on the Moon location. Simply head around here, completing the various activities as you go and you’ll hopefully get some Rice Cakes as a drop eventually.

With them being a legendary drop, you can expect Small Rice Cakes to be that little bit rarer than other consumables that drop. Your best bet is to try completing Nightmare Hunts and some public events, as these appear to have a better drop rate than simply opening chests you find on the Moon which can drop any old common nonsense.

Small Rice Cakes as we mentioned before are what you’ll need to use to interact with the new Jade Rabbits on the Moon. They look like little cute robo rabbits, so keep an eye out for them tucked away in corners.

Once you’ve spotted a Jade Rabbit, simply walk on over to it and give it the Small Rice Cake. In return for the bite-sized treat, the Jade Rabbits will either hand you a Phantasmal Fragment, or a Phantasmal Core if you’re really lucky.

That’s everything you need to know on how to get Small Rice Cakes in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep. For more tips, tricks, and guides, be sure to check out our ever-expanding guide wiki, search for Twinfinite, or check out more of our guides below.
