Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost: How to Get Candy & What it Does (2019)

Candy is one of the key currencies of Destiny 2’s Festival of the Lost 2019. It’s not surprising since you know, it’s Halloween and all, what else would we be trading with? In this guide we’ll break down how to get Candy in Destiny 2’s Festival of the Lost 2019 and what it actually does for you

How to Get Candy in Destiny 2’s Festival of the Lost 2019

Candy, like we mentioned above, is one of the main currencies in Festival of the Lost 2019 alongside Chocolate Strange Coins.

Candy can be earned in a few ways. The most direct and spooky way is to enter the Haunted Forest and collect some from defeating terrors in that event. You’ll need a mask to do that, so make sure you’ve started the Festival of the Lost 2019 quest from Eva Levante.

You can earn Candy outside of the Haunted Forest though. Defeating enemies and completing activities while wearing a Festival of the Lost 2019 will also occasionally drop some for you to collect and spend. So you can feel free to run Crucible as the Cryptarch if that’s your jam.

You’ll see it everywhere as you run around as blue triangle objects on the ground.

What Candy is Used For

In Festival of the Lost 2019, Candy is used to collect certain rewards that Eva Levante will have for sale during the event. The most prized reward though is the Braytech Werewolf weapon, which is only available during Festival of the Lost.

You can save up 1000 candy to buy the curated version of Braytech Werewolf directly from Eva Levante. Or, you can spend 250 and glimmer and weapon parts to go for some random rolls.

That’s all for how to get Candy in Destiny 2’s Festival of the Lost Event 2019. For more tips, tricks and FAQs answered for year 3 of Destiny 2, be sure to check out our wiki guide.
