Darksiders 3: How to Change to Flame Hollow Form

Darksiders 3 provides plenty of different forms Fury can take, but they won’t do you much good if you don’t know how to swap between them. That’s why we’re here to explain how to change to Flame Hollow form.

How to Change to Flame Hollow Form in Darksiders 3

Obtained early on in the game, the Flame Hollow form is the first Hollow form players are granted.

Having it equipped allows Fury to use a burning high jump, traverse flames and lava without incident and wield the fast-hitting Flames of Scorn weapon against enemies.

It can be activated at any time by holding down the L1 button (PS4) or the Left Bumper (LB) on Xbox One and pressing the circle or B button respectively.

Meanwhile, if you want to turn it off, all you need to do is hold down the L1 button to switch back to Fury’s standard form.

How to Change to Flame Hollow Form After Getting More Hollows

These controls also apply after Fury has unlocked more of Darksiders 3’s Hollow forms.

Should you wish to switch from a newly found Hollow form back to Flame Hollow form at any time, simply press L1 and the circle button or LB and the B button simultaneously.

This will re-equip the Flame Hollow and reimplement any buffs or abilities you’ve unlocked for it.
