Before we begin at all, it’s important to note that you will not be able to get this item until very late in the game. In fact, you won’t come across this item until you reach the final area of one of the game’s final worlds.

With that out of the way, let’s talk about what this item is used for.

What It’s Used For

The Beast Heart is an item that can get you one of two awesome additions to your arsenal.

When you talk to the Undying King, this NPC will task you with obtaining the Guardian’s Heart, which you will learn is the same thing as the Beast Heart.

If you give it to the Undying King located on Rohm, he will give you the Labyrinth Key, some scrap and a scythe weapon called Riven.

The Undying King isn’t the only NPC intersected in this item. The Elf Queen on Corus will ask for it as well. If you give it to her, she’ll give you the full Slayer armor set, a Crossbow and some scrap.

How to Get It

To get the Beast Heart, you need to go to Corus, which is one of the late-game worlds in Remnant From the Ashes. Here, there is a boss called Ixillis.

This boss rests within Corus in an area called The Grotto. Kill Ixillis and it’ll drop the Beast Heart.

So in sum, here’s a step by step breakdown of how to get the Beast Heart in Remnant From the Ashes.

  1. Go to Corvus.

    Corvus is a late-game world and it’s the world where you’ll find the Beast Heart.

  2. Go to The Grotto.

    The Grotto is one of the final areas of Corvus.

  3. Defeat Ixillis.

    Ixillis is a boss in The Grotto. Kill it and it will drop the Beast Heart.
