Mortal Kombat 11 fans are about to have another brand new character added to the game’s ranks, as the Native American shaman Nightwolf joins the battle. You’ll need to do a few things before you can play as him though. Here is everything you need to know about how to download Nightwolf & Kombat Pack in Mortal Kombat 11.
The first thing you’ll need to do to have access is to purchase the Kombat Pack on your console of choice. Currently, the pack costs $39.99.
Upon purchase, the Kombat Pack will automatically install new updates to your system, as long as you are connected to the internet.
Now that you’ve purchased the Kombat Pack, you’ll have access to the following upon their release:
- 6 New Upcoming DLC Playable Characters
- 7 New Upcoming Exclusive Character Skins
- 7 New Upcoming Sets of Gear
Nightwolf is one of those six new characters and can be individually installed as of August 13th (Kombat Pack Owners) or August 20th (everyone) at approximately 1 PM EST.
Depending on what console you’re on, there are different steps to downloading Nightwolf individually.
How to Download Nightwolf & Kombat Pack in Mortal Kombat 11
For PS4 owners, you’ll need to select the game and scroll down to the PS Store section at the bottom.
Once there, go to “Your Add-ons” and choose to manually download Nightwolf’s individual piece of DLC from the Kombat Pack.
After selecting him, Nightwolf’s DLC will appear listed under the “Your Add-ons” section permanently.
Xbox One Kombat Pack owners simply need to locate Mortal Kombat 11 on their Games and Apps tab and select manage game.
Scroll to the right and the Ready to Install area of the game will show Nightwolf and the other pieces of the Kombat Pack ready for download. You can even track their progress downloading from here.
Nintendo Switch users just need to head to their main menu and press + while hovering over Mortal Kombat 11.
Select Software Information > Nintendo eShop. The DLC item list can be viewed from here to ensure the pack is downloaded.
For PC Mortal Kombat 11 players on Steam, all you need to do to check on the download is locate the game, right-click, and open properties.
