The Sims 4 Island Living has arrived and as the name would imply, you’ll be able to explore a new area and embrace the luxuries of, you know, living on an island. There might be some cleanup to do, but if you work hard at it, you’ll have a beautiful pristine ocean to explore. If you’re here, you’re probably wondering how to swim in the ocean in Sims 4 Island Living. Here’s how to do it.
Swimming in the Ocean in Sims 4 Island Living
The pristine waters of Sims 4 Island Living really aren’t any different than any pool or body of water you’d find in any other area in the game. Basically, you swim in the ocean as you would swim in any pool, just click in the water and hit “swim around” or “swim here” or “skinny dip.”
While swimming in the ocean, you’ll gain fitness and moodlets ranging from getting cramps to feeling at peace with the sea.
On top of that you can meet dolphins, splash people, and go snorkeling if you wanted. You can also ride aqua zips, float on your back, or relax on a floatie. Later on, you can throw Mermaids into the mix as well.
While Sulani is the world that intros swimming in the ocean for the Sims 4, some players are reporting that older bodies of waters in other worlds have been updated with the ability to wade in the water or just straight up swim in it now, too. Consider this an added bonus of having the expansion/update downloaded.
That’s all you need to know about how to swim in the ocean in Sims 4 Island Living expansion pack. Best of luck cleaning up the island!
