Thankfully, for both parts of the Townsend SBC, you can use any league in FIFA 19. Since you only need a maximum of 80 chemistry, you can add in the extra required players wherever you’d like. With the market the way it is right now, it really doesn’t matter which league you use.
For the England player, the likes of Jordan Pickford and Dele Alli are good options. Then, there are loads for Premier League players that would be good to use.
For the TOTW player you need in the first part of the Townsend SBC, you should stick to players from the current FIFA 19 TOTW, since they’ll stay cheaper by being actively packed throughout the week.
