There are actually two different ways you can unlock Frost in Mortal Kombat 11, depending on whether you’re happy to wait and play through a bit of the game, or whether you’re just too impatient and want to dive into using this cryokinetic fighter from the very get-go.

Naturally
The easiest (and free) way to unlock Frost is to simply play through Mortal Kombat 11’s story. Eventually, you’ll have to take her on in a fight, specifically, at the end of chapter four within the story mode.
As long as you complete the chapter and beat Frost in a fight, she’ll then be unlocked on your roster in Mortal Kombat 11.
There’s not a whole lot else you need to know regarding the unlock process, but if you’re struggling to progress through the game’s story, or just don’t fancy waiting, there’s another option that you can make use of.
Immediately Unlock Frost
For those that can’t be bothered spending time in the game’s story mode, or just don’t want to wait around, you can always choose to simply purchase Frost from the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, eShop and so on.
If you highlight Frost on the roster screen, you’ll be informed that you need to defeat her, or that she can simply be purchased off the store.
This is a microtransaction and it’ll set you back some real-life money, but it’s a small price to pay for those wanting to have immediate access to this bad-ass fighter.
