One Piece World Seeker is the most ambitious One Piece game we’ve ever seen, letting players explore the brand new location of Jail Island, while meeting new characters as well. Before you can grapple, you’ll first need to play through the tutorial of the game, and after that the ability will be unlocked. As you’re running around the world of One Piece World Seeker, you’ll see triangular lock-on markers pop up on man-made surfaces, and this indicates that it can be used as a grappling point.
Just look at the point then press R1 (RB) to stretch out Luffy’s arm and have him grabble over to the point. This is your main way of getting around Jail Island quickly, and can be combined with other exploration abilities like Gum Gum Rocket.
Using It With Enemies
