Apex Legends has shaken up the battle royale scene this month with its brilliant blend of gunplay, movement, and compelling characters. Its popularity has prompted a recent partnership with Twitch, which offers an exclusive Legend skin to Prime subscribers. To redeem Twitch Prime goodies, though, you’ll need to have your EA account linked to the game. Here’s how to link your EA account to Apex Legends.

The good news is that it’s an easy process; if you’re already playing Apex Legends online then your EA account is linked with the game. The reason you’ve been reminded to have the game and account linked is that it’s necessary for Twitch Prime to register your rewards with your EA Origin account.

In order to redeem your rewards –one exclusive skin and five free loot boxes–, you’ll first need to visit the Twitch Prime page. Just head over here and find the subtitle/option that reads “Free In-Game Loot & More,” then locate the Apex Legends: Omega Point Pathfinder listing, then click into that and hit “Claim Now.”

From here, you’ll be prompted to log into Twitch Prime, and then you’ll be directed to a process that links your EA Origin account with Twitch Prime. Just use the same email address as when you first registered/signed in for Apex Legends.

Now it’s just a case of booting up the game and finding the rewards, which are listed in the Legends/Store.

That’s all the information you should need about how to link your EA account to Apex Legends so that you can redeem Twitch Prime goodies. For more useful tips and guides on the game, be sure to search Twinfinite.
