Here’s everything you need to know to complete all Season 6 Week 3 challenges in Fortnite Battle Royale.

It’s a Thursday, and so that means it’s time for another set of weekly challenges in Fortnite. Compared to the week 2 challenges, these are a little trickier, and are far more interesting in general, too. With 50 Battle Stars and 4,000 XP up for grabs, you’ll likely want to complete all Season 6 week 3 challenges in Fortnite, so let’s run you through them.

First, let’s take a look at all of the challenges, broken down by those in the free pass, and the Battle Pass.

Fortnite Season 6 Week 3 Free Challenges

  • Revive a Player in Different Matches (5)
  • Stage 1: Search a Chest in Lonely Lodge
  • Damage Trap Eliminations (1)

Fortnite Season 6 Week 3 Battle Pass Challenges

  • Stage 1: Visit Risky Reels and Wailing Woods in a single match (2)
  • Hit a Player with a Tomato 15m Away or More
  • Complete Timed Trials (3)
  • Eliminate an Opponent in Different Matches (10)

To help you complete each of these challenges, we’ve given you some tips, and guidance for each of them below.

Revive a Player in Different Matches – How to Complete All Week 3 Challenges

There’s not a whole lot you need to know for this one, but you’re going to need to play in Duo, Squads, or either of the two 50 vs 50 modes. Otherwise, there’s nobody for you to revive in solos. Once someone on your team is down, you’ll want to build some structures around the pair of you. Then press X on Xbox One, Square on PS4, Y on Switch, or E on PC to revive them. Hold the button for 10 seconds until they’re back on their feet. Do this five times.

Search a Chest in Lonely Lodge – How to Complete All Week 3 Challenges

This is the first stage of this challenge, and the following stages will likely have you going around searching a chest in other named locales. Things will be a little hectic to start off with, but give it a few days and you’ll find searching for the chests in this challenge a lot easier.

Damage Trap Eliminations – How to Complete All Week 3 Challenges

It’s all about getting a single elimination with a damage trap here. These are the green, spike traps that you can place on walls, ceilings, and floors. You’re best trying to pick one up, and then luring someone to follow you into a house. Place them in unsuspecting and unusual locations for the best result.

Visit Risky Reels & Wailing Woods in a Single Match – How to Complete All Week 3 Challenges

Your best bet for completing this one is to head into one of the Fortnite 50 vs 50 mode once again. It limits the number of players who are out to eliminate you, and if you’re lucky and your team takes the north or east sections of the map, you’ll be able to do this without any trouble whatsoever. It’s only a short jaunt between some hills southeast of Risky Reels to reach Wailing Woods, too. Be prepared, though, as there are more stages to this challenge after this one.

Hit a Player with a Tomato from 15m Away or More – How to Complete All Week 3 Challenges

Before you can even think about completing this challenge in Fortnite, you’ll need to have reached tier 28 in the Season 6 Battle Pass to unlock the Tomato itself. Then, you’ll need to access your emotes in-game, aim, and throw one at another player.

We’re assuming you can throw them at teammates here, so it shouldn’t be too tricky if you just find a quiet corner of the map for you and your friends to launch them at one another.

Completed Timed Trials – How to Complete All Week 3 Challenges

For this challenge, you’ll need to go ahead and complete the timed trials, just as you did in Season 5. Unfortunately, they have moved where these timed trials are on the map, and we’re currently doing our best to uncover their locations and let you know exactly where to go. You can check out the Season 6 Timed Trials locations here.

Eliminate an Opponent in Different Matches – How to Complete All Week 3 Challenges

Again, one of the easier challenges in the week, even if it is a little more time-consuming on the whole. You’ll need to eliminate at least one opponent in 10 different matches. You can probably breeze through these by landing at popular spots such as Tilted Towers, the floating island, or Paradise Palms. Get an elimination, let yourself be killed, and rinse repeat.

That’s all you need to know to complete all Fortnite Season 6 Week 3 challenges. For more on the current season, be sure to check out our Fortnite Season 6 wiki.
