How to Throw Enemies in Spider-Man PS4

The fast and fluid combat and traversal in Spider-Man is one of its most appealing features, along with the fact that you can throw enemies. You’ll be web-slinging, leaping, and punching your way through the game’s version of Manhattan however you’d like. Thankfully, with you being faced by classic comic book video game thugs, as well as some of the iconic Spider-Man villains many of you will know well, there are plenty of moves in Spidey’s arsenal for when he comes face to face with his foes. One of those moves is his ability to throw enemies, getting them out of the way so that he can focus elsewhere, or to take them out on another object. Here’s what you need to know to throw enemies in Spider-Man PS4.

To throw enemies as Spider-Man, you’ll first need to unlock the skill upgrade called ‘Web Throw,’ which costs one skill point. Unlocking this ability allows you to throw them up in the air once you’ve grabbed onto them with Spidey’s web ability.

All you have to do to throw the enemy once you’ve got hold of them is press and hold triangle, seeing them fly into the air above the fight that’s going on.

To wrap them up and take them out of the action, you need to repeatedly press R1 to fire web at them and tie them up. Firing web with R1 is an ability that’s unlocked from early in the game. Then, as you would normally, hold triangle and send them flying.

Knowing how to throw enemies is important because it takes bad guys out of the way quickly, allowing you to take other thugs out with less of a distraction.
