How to Unlock Tangled Shore in Destiny 2 Forsaken
Destiny 2 gets a surge of new life with its Forsaken expansion, adding on a ton of new content and changes. In addition to an overhauled weapon system, a new raid, and a new PvP/PvE mode called Gambit, there are brand new areas to explore. Obviously, the most tempting part of any new Destiny expansion is exploring these new areas and seeing what they have to uncover. One of the new areas in Destiny 2 Forsaken is known as the Tangled Shore, an asteroid wasteland and the main home of a band of Fallen pirates known as the Scorn. Of course, you’ll no doubt be wondering how you get there and unlock the area, so we’ll help walk you through it.
Before you can get to the Tangled Shore, you’ll need to complete the first two missions in Destiny 2 Forsaken. In the aftermath of those events, return to the tower and speak to Petra. You’ll now have the option of traveling to the Tangled Shore, and meeting Petra there to continue your mission.
The Tangled Shore is a massive area, Destiny’s biggest one yet, and there is a ton of things to see and do, as well as a ton of enemy factions to contend with. The massive prison break at the Prison of Elders has made the lawlessness of the area even worse, as pirates once again flock to the area. The Tangled Shore is just one of the places you’ll visit in the hunt to get revenge for the death of Cayde-6.
