Where the Oracle Engine Location is in Dreaming City in Destiny 2 Forsaken
If you’re wondering where the Oracle Engine is in Destiny 2’s latest expansion, you’ve come to the right place. Destiny 2 Forsaken is game’s latest expansion and it is by far its biggest to-date. Adding not one, but two new areas, each with plenty of secrets, events, activities and more.
While The Tangled Shore is more of your traditional Destiny 2 area, The Dreaming City, on the other hand, will remind long-time fans of the series of The Dreadnought. It’s packed with hidden secrets, events, and places to explore. It also is the home of the new raid, Last Wish.
One important facet of The Dreaming City (lore-wise at least) is the Oracle Engine. We won’t spoil what is used for in case you did end up at this guide on accident somehow, but needless to say, yes it’s important.
It does have a use in gameplay though, as it is the subject of a bounty that Petra offers. You’ll need to revisit the Oracle Engine which is not exactly in a hot spot on The Dreaming City map.
The Oracle Engine is located near where you first entered The Dreaming City during the first mission after you’ve unlocked it.
To get to the Oracle Engine’s location, you’ll need to backtrack. When you spawn in, go towards the top left corner of the map.
There’s a cliffside path that you will need to follow to reach the Oracle Engine’s location.
In the below image you can see your final destination.
Basically though, head through the cliffs, until you reach a large building with a giant purple ball spinning around. That’s where you want to be.
If you’re there not to reminiscence but do the Present Offering Bounty, head up the ramp to the second level and interact with the console. It will accept/explain to you that you don’t have an offering in case you’re not sure.
