How to Get Treatment for Migraine (Recipe) in Vampyr

Recommended Videos

Despite your thirst for blood, in Vampyr you’ll also have to play the role of doctor and heal London’s population from any illnesses they might be suffering from. Aside from the Spanish Flu, they’re also blighted by ailments like a migraine. To craft the appropriate medicine, you’ll need to head to your workbench at a hideout and forge it using the correct ingredients. Yet finding the recipe in the first place can prove a bit challenging for three illnesses, in particular; one of which is the ‘treatment for migraine.’

Spoiler Warning

Obtaining the recipe can be done two different ways. The easiest option is to choose to spare Nurse Crane’s life after one of the game’s key early decisions. If you choose to kill nurse Crane, or if you probed her dialogue options and unlocked the decision to convince her to stay at the dispensary, you won’t be able to use her as a merchant. And yes, you guessed it, Nurse Crane sells the recipe to acquire the treatment for a migraine. We highly recommend sparing her life and keeping her around to use as a vendor.

However, if you’ve killed off Nurse Crane, fear not: you can find the treatment outside the Whitechapel cemetery. It can be found on a dead body to the lefthand side after you’ve exited it. The first opportunity to obtain the treatment will be after you’ve attended Mary’s funeral.

That’s all you need to know on how to get the ‘treatment for migraine’ in Vampyr. For more information on the game, check out our wiki page.
