Silent Hill is quite notorious for its grotesque monster designs, particularly when it comes to their nurses. The way they spaz towards the player is nothing short of terrifying, to say the least. If the feral ghouls in Fallout 4 aren’t creepy enough for you, use this mod to bring over the Silent Hill nurses instead. Granted, they won’t be spazzing around as usual, but they’re just as horrifying when you find them waiting for you in a fog-filled area. Not to mention they’re also just as deadly as feral ghouls who can rip you to shreds. Maybe this is the closest thing we’ll ever get to Silent Hill 2 remake.
