State of Decay 2: How to Get More Stamina & Replenish It

How to Increase Your Stamina in State of Decay 2

Recommended Videos

State of Decay 2 has quite a few RPG elements for players to keep on top of. Each survivor in your community will have their own traits and stats, and you can even increase them. Your Stamina, for example, is directly tied to your Cardio.

Thus, in order to increase stamina (or get more of it, however you want to say it), you’re going to want to run and climb and jump around a lot. Basically, you need to use it to gain more of it. As you do, your Cardio will level up and you’ll be able to choose skills that make you even better at running around or doing things that will use up your stamina.

If you’re looking to replenish it, you simply need to eat snacks or drink an energy drink. Make sure these are in your inventory and you’ll see them in the bottom left-hand corner. You can select them with left or right on the d-pad and then press RB to consume them.

That’s really all there is to it! If you need more help with State of Decay 2, let us know down below and we’ll do our best to help you out. Or check out our wiki for more tips, tricks, and guides on the game.
