Is Detroit Become Human PS4 Pro Compatible?

Recommended Videos

Detroit Become Human is the latest PlayStation 4 (PS4) exclusive to be released this year. Joining the likes of God of War and Shadow of the Colossus Remake, Detroit Become Human is another game that prospective players will need to own a PS4 in order to play; even a gaming PC won’t cut it for this one. You likely already know that, of course, but what’s less clear is whether or not Detroit Become Human is PS4 Pro compatible.

Given that Detroit Become Human promises to be one of the console’s most graphically advanced games, owners of Sony’s beefed up PS4 Pro will understandably be interested as to whether the game is compatible on the system. Luckily we have good news on this front.

The game is indeed PS4 Pro compatible. The Pro version touts the following features: 2160p checkerboard at 30 FPS, GUI in full 2160p, volumetric lighting: 235x135x64, and support for HDR TVs. The regular PS4 on the other hand has these specs: 1080p at 30 FPS, volumetric lighting: 192x108x64, support for HDR TVs.

So if you have a PS4 Pro, enjoy the upgraded visuals! And even if you don’t, the regular PS4 is quite capable of looking good too. Be sure to check out our comprehensive wiki for more tips, tricks, and information on the game.
