Detroit Become Human: How to Escape Detroit (Kara)

How to Escape Detroit as Kara in Detroit Become Human

Recommended Videos

Detroit Become Human features different ways for players to get to the different endings. There’s tons of possibilities, and Kara escaping Detroit altogether is one of the chapters you can do. It’s the anti-thesis of getting captured and ending up in a Recycling Center, but it doesn’t mean it’s any less difficult to accomplish successfully. Here’s how to escape Detroit.

First and foremost, how you access this chapter is by having Kara and Alice play dead when the soldiers are shooting the crowd in the Jericho assault (if there even is one). Alice and Kara will dip and be on their merry way with their fake passports.

You’ll need to sneak around and make it to the border in time to catch the bus, so you’ll be under a time limit. The things you choose to do and how long you take will affect this. I recommend saving the Jerrys and taking the shorter route. If you save them, they’ll help you out potentially later on. If you take the shorter route and aren’t suspicious about what you say to the guard, you’ll be good.

Once at the line for the bus, you need tickets. Talking to a mother with her baby will inevitably lead to her accidentally dropping her tickets. You can steal these to get on the bus. Look, the humans are in better shape right now anyway. Y’all need it more. Go ahead and take it.

After all that, Kara and Alice will be at the border for Canada. They’re doing temperature tests, which is bad news for all androids. You can continue on through the line as normal, though, but Markus needs to be doing the peaceful protest path. If he is, the guard will sympathize even after finding out Kara and Alice are androids and let them through. If he’s not, the guard will have them both killed on the spot.

Alternatively, you can also use the Jerrys you saved for help and a distraction.

That’s all there is to escaping Detroit in Detroit Become Human! If you need more help with the game let us know in the comments down below and we’ll do our best to help you out. Alternatively, check out our wiki for more tips, tricks, and information on the game.
