Pokemon GO has a lot going on with all of the different items you can come across and use in your quest to become the best Pokemon trainer in the world. While you can purchase items through microtransactions in the app and earn a few while leveling up, there are some you can get on a regular basis simply by visiting PokeStops in the game.
As you level up, you’ll gain access to new types of items from each PokeStop you come across. Here are the items a player can currently get from one of these locations:
- Poke Balls
- Great Balls
- Ultra Balls
- Potion
- Revive
- Incense
- Razz Berries
- Eggs
- Incubator
Keep in mind that you aren’t guaranteed any of these items. The only ones that seem to pop up at every PokeStop are the Poke Balls. Everything else is randomized among the 3-5 items you can nab from a visit. Also keep in mind that Ultra Balls and Great Balls will only be unlocked at higher trainer levels. Anything else, such as Bag upgrades and Lure Modules, need to be purchased through the shop using PokeCoins or obtained through leveling up.
