Pokemon GO: How to Get Flareon

In Pokemon GO you’ll be tasked with catching ’em all, and helping your team control Gyms by training up powerful Pokemon and battling them. Flareon is not only a pretty rare Pokemon but is also just as powerful so it’s likely you’ll want to add it to your Pokedex. Here’s how to get Flareon.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like you can get Flareon from Eggs as of yet if this chart from Serebii is anything to go by. One way you can get Flareon, however, is through evolving your Eevee.

The only issue you have with evolving your Eevee is that you’ve got just as much chance of picking up a Jolteon or Vaporeon as you do a Flareon. Giving Eevee 25 Candy will cause it to evolve randomly into one of its three first-gen evolutions. There’s no way to determine which one you’ll get you just have to cross your fingers and hope you get the fiery one.

As of yet, it doesn’t look like Flareon can be caught in the wild, either, so for now, you’ll just have to rely on finding Eevee’s and evolving them.
