Stardew Valley: How to Get Married and Who You Can Marry

How to Get Married in Stardew Valley

Recommended Videos

Within Stardew Valley, love can bloom among the crops. There are 10 marriage candidates that your farmer can end up hitched to. In order to do this, though, you’ll first need to get on their good side and get to know them better. The best way to raise the friendship to the required level of 10 is by giving them just the right gifts and talking to them as much as possible. Additionally, participating in the heart events is important as this will raise up your relationship with them, too.

Once you’re at level 10, you’re going to have to buy a bouquet from Pierre’s Shop (so they can become your boyfriend/girlfriend) and then after, buy the Mariner’s pendant over on the beach (to propose marriage). This is past the bridge that needs to be repaired with 300 wood units and will be sold by the Mariner. Once you grant someone the pendant, in three days the wedding will occur.

Your Stardew Valley spouse can help you with farming chores including watering your crops, feeding the livestock, making you breakfast, and repairing fences. Not too shabby to have a helping hand around the farm (that your character happens to love and wants to spend the rest of their life with) right?

Here are each of the bachelors and bachelorettes in Stardew Valley, what they love, and their heart events.
