Lightscale Trident – Zelda Breath of the Wild

Recommended Videos

The Lightscale Trident is a really cool-looking spear that you can obtain in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Upon reaching the Zora’s Domain in the far east of Hyrule, you’ll find a general store to the right side of the Shrine. Here, you’ll also find a Zora blacksmith who doesn’t seem to want to waste time talking to a filthy Hylian like yourself. If you try to talk to him, he’ll tell you to come to him only if you have a Lightscale Trident or a Ceremonial Trident.

By completing the main story quests and completing the Vah Ruta Divine Beast dungeon, the game will automatically reward you with a Lightscale Trident. Be sure to come back to the Zora’s Domain after doing so, and talk to the king in the throne room. He will praise you for your deeds, and then present a chest for you to open. The chest contains the spear you’re looking for. Now, you can go back to the blacksmith. From this point on, he’ll forge a Lightscale or Ceremonial Trident for you whenever your weapon breaks, provided that you have the materials.
