How to Upgrade House – The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Recommended Videos

Buying a house in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is awesome, as it gives Link an actual home and he no longer has to rely on inns or sleeping in random cabins he has in the woods. You can also upgrade the house to give it more use which is easy, although it can be expensive.

After obtaining the house in Hateno from Bolson and his construction crew, Bolson will still hand around Hateno to do business with you. You can talk to him to upgrade the house with different features and amenities. For instance, you can ask him to build a bed so you can rest and pass time without paying for an Inn or searching for a cabin. All available upgrades cost 100 Rupees each, so make sure to save up.

From what we’ve seen so far, this is the only obtainable house in the game, so you may as well make it as lavish as possible so the Hero of Time can live like a king for once.
