You can obtain items from some of the various vendors around town, or you can craft your own by gathering all of the necessary ingredients/components. Morgan Freeman can help you with that in his taco shop.

To use items in South Park: The Fractured But Whole, you simply need to access them in battle by pressing the Up directional button while in combat. This will bring up a menu that you can scroll through to pick the item that you need. You’ll then select which character to use it on and you’re all done. Easy as that.
