Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 introduces Ninja Treasures. There are five different items: ANBU Mask, Ninja Blade, Kunai, Shuriken, and Scroll. Each one comes in Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You will need a lot of these to purchase items from the Ninja Treasure Exchange through the General Store in the Collection tab.
Obtaining these items will require you to play the game quite a bit, especially for the Platinum variations, but if you know how to get them, it isn’t that difficult. Here are all of the ways to obtain these highly coveted treasures.
Basic Actions During Fights
Whether it’s in story mode, adventure, versus, survival, or a tournament you can earn some Ninja Treasures in the middle of any fight. Most are rewarded for executing combos, jutsu, and secret techniques. Obtaining Platinum Ninja Treasures this way is extremely rare, but it’s the easiest way to farm for Bronze, Silver, and even Gold.
Just fight as you normally would and you should do just fine.
Bonus Objectives During Story and Adventure
Each match in story and adventure mode has a range of bonus objectives for players to complete. Easier matches will have 3, but later on, you will see as many as eight bonus objectives. Completing one of these has a set reward that you can see before the fight or by checking in the pause menu during a fight. Completing these is the easiest way to earn Ninja Treasures.
Breaking Items in Adventure Mode
When roaming the open world of Adventure Mode, you will come across many breakable items. Boxes, vases, piles of leaves, barrels, signs, and more are able to be broken by walking up and interacting with them (some can just be stepped on).
Now, there is no guarantee that you’ll obtain a Ninja Treasure from these acts since it’s completely random. The plus side is that these breakable items respawn, so you’ll have multiple opportunities to obtain something.
Survival Mode
Completing survival mode scenarios earns you a nice stash of Ninja Treasures, with the highest difficulty offering Platinum and Gold. Of course, you have to unlock the advanced tier by completing Beginner and Intermediate first. The last challenge on Intermediate can be a big pain with its modifiers, so be prepared.
Focusing on the bonus objectives in any mode definitely provides the highest yield in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4. But, since those are challenging, you can focus on grinding it out in regular battles, just be prepared for a slow turnaround.
