Marcus was the amiable protagonist of Watch Dogs 2, who joined DedSec to fight against the HDC in San Francisco. Players found Marcus a lot more relatable than the Marmite protagonist that was Aiden Pearce in the original Watch Dogs. While we already know that Aiden Pearce is making his way to Watch Dogs Legion’s London in the near future, some players may be wondering if Marcus is in the game, too.
Is Marcus in Watch Dogs Legion?
Unfortunately, no, Marcus is not in Watch Dogs Legion. While this may be disappointing to some players, there is a slight silver lining.
If you’ve got the Watch Dogs Legion season pass, you’ll eventually gain access to Wrench, one of Marcus’ fellow DedSec hackers from Watch Dogs 2. He’ll be playable in both the Bloodlines campaign DLC that’s coming to Legion at some point in 2021, and will also be usable to complete the main story missions, too.
Additionally, players can also get Marcus’ purple jacket in the game by accessing Ubisoft Connect and spending your hard-earned points on it from the ‘Rewards’ section. This can then be equipped to any of your recruitable characters, though this is just a cosmetic option and nothing more.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem as though Marcus will ever make his way to Legion’s London, either. All of the Season Pass characters have already been confirmed. While there’s a possibility he could be added into the game as a bit of random DLC outside of the pass’ offering, Ubisoft hasn’t announced anything like this just yet.
That’s everything you need to know on whether or not Marcus is in Watch Dogs Legion. For more tips, tricks, and guides, head over to our guide wiki, search for Twinfinite or check out more of our coverage on the game below.
